Starting university this autumn? Make sure you don’t miss these important deadlines!
If you haven’t completed the first administrative steps required before starting your studies, now is the time!
1. Data verification (mandatory for all first-year students)
Deadline: 3 August, 4:00 p.m.
One of the most important steps of the enrolment process is verifying your personal data in Neptun. Please review your information and make any necessary corrections.
Submitted applications are processed continuously by the University, so make sure to check your Neptun messages regularly. You may be asked to make corrections or receive a notification once your application has been approved. Please note that the processing may take several days.
Once your application has been approved, you will need to authenticate and upload the Enrolment Form and the Training Agreement available in Neptun using DÁP. Please note that this step does not have an 3 August deadline – you can complete it after your application has been approved.
2. Dormitory application (optional)
Deadline: 3 August, 12:00 p.m.
If you would like to apply for a place in one of the University’s dormitories during your studies, you can submit your application until this deadline.
3. Regular Grant Based on Social Needs (if eligible)
Deadline: 3 August, 12:00 p.m.
If you would like to apply for a Regular Grant Based on Social Needs, the first application period is open until 3 August.
Important: If you are also applying for a dormitory place, you must submit your Regular Grant Based on Social Needs application during this first application period. Students who are not applying for dormitory accommodation will have the opportunity to apply during a second application period later.
