Corvinus offers several ways to study sport businesses, like the English-taught International Sport Business MA programme. The programmes are designed to give you a solid theoretical foundation while keeping a strong focus on practical knowledge. 

During your studies, you’ll gain insight into how different federations and clubs operate, and you’ll have the chance to meet guest speakers from sports sector. They bring practical examples from their own work to the classroom and show how the concepts you learn in class apply in professional settings.

The guest speaker lineup also included athletes and inspiring role models, such as István Pisont, former Hungarian national team footballer and coach, as well as Sándor Sas, a Paralympic powerlifter. 

In addition to guest lectures, you will also visit some of Hungary’s largest sports venues, such as the MVM Dome, Puskás Aréna, Groupama Aréna or the Duna Aréna. As well as the Sándor Károly Football Academy or the Hungaroring. During these visits, you will not only have the chance to look around, but you can also learn how these venues operate on a day-to-day basis. 

In addition, you can work on current international case studies and projects and look for solutions to real challenges brought in by real professional partners. During the programme, you can also gain insight into areas such as the world of MotoGP, the operation of baths and swimming facilities, or the way the fitness industry works.
