The 5vös 5km International Running Race was the season-opening event!

On this distance, which is popular among students and university staff alike, the shared experience of running together serves as a challenge to cap off their regular daily runs under street conditions, individually or in a group. The long-standing race offers everyone the chance to get involved—just get moving and test yourself on the streets of Budapest.
Corvinus University of Budapest was represented by 16 runners, including 4 women and 11 men. Our top female runner, Csilla Szendi, finished 13th with a fantastic individual performance, while among male runners, Dániel Tóth posted the best time for Corvinus by reaching 18:39.
Thank you to physical education teacher Emőke Mészáros for coordinating the event!

Congratulations to our runners, and we wish them continued success!
