Learning a Language at Corvinus – Take Advantage of Your Free Semesters

Corvinus students have a choice of ten foreign languages at the Corvinus Centre for Foreign Language Education and Research, where they can study for free.

At the Corvinus Centre for Foreign Language Education and Research, students can choose between English, Arabic, French, Chinese, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish and Hungarian as a foreign language. Free language tuition is available on Hungarian-language study programmes, depending on the number of language examinations required for graduation in the qualification/output requirements: 

two tier lessons per week for two semesters where one language exam is required 
at BA level, two tier lessons per week for four semesters where two language exams are required 
MA and PhD students may study languages in a self-financed form 
for first-year students of the BA in International Business in English study programme, two foreign languages are compulsory for four semesters during the programme duration, which exhausts free language tuition, additionally, they can study in a self-financed form
