Katalin Ásványi awarded CEEMAN Champions Award 2026

In 2026, CEEMAN, the international management development association, honored Katalin Ásványi, Dean for Sustainability at Corvinus and Head of the Department of Sustainability Management and Environmental Economics, for her outstanding work in responsible management education.
The CEEMAN Champions Awards recognize the most outstanding achievements of leading business schools and universities in emerging economies across four main categories: Teaching, Research, Institutional Management, and Responsible Management Education.
The award recognizes Katalin Ásványi’s outstanding leadership and teaching, through which she integrates sustainability, ethics, and responsible management into business education. She has pioneered innovative pedagogical approaches, including community-engaged learning and challenge-based learning, and is also the founder of the AI & Sustainability Lab, an initiative that explores and advances the integration of artificial intelligence into sustainability education.
