Join the Financial Economics of Climate and Sustainability (FECS) 2026 Program

Learn from leading scholars from Harvard, Oxford, Yale, and other top universities through this international doctoral reading group in climate and sustainable finance.

Registration is open until: 10 January 2026 

Participants must be able to attend the weekly two-hour online sessions.  

The program runs for 12 weeksfrom 3 February 2026 to 28 April 2026 

Time: 11:00–13:00 ESTEDT / 17:00–19:00 CET (Hungary).  

Corvinus University faculty and doctoral students are invited to join the Financial Economics of Climate and Sustainability (FECS) global doctoral reading group. The program brings together leading international scholars who teach at the forefront of climate and sustainable finance research. 

If enough Corvinus participants enrol, monthly in-person discussion sessions will be organised on campus.

The 2026 edition features world-class scholars from leading universities: Ben Caldecott (University of Oxford), Caroline Flammer (Columbia University), Geoffrey Heal (Columbia Business School), Johannes Stroebel (New York University), Laura Starks (University of Texas at Austin), Marcin Kacperczyk (Imperial College London), Patrick Bolton (Imperial College London), Peter Tufano (Harvard Business School), Stefan Reichelstein (Stanford Graduate School of Business/University of Mannheim), and Stefano Giglio (Yale School of Management).
