The termination was lawful: the Budapest Court of Appeal upholds the Corvinus position Zoltán Ádám case in the second-instance j

The Budapest Court of Appeal has today definitively rejected Zoltán Ádám’s claim and ruled in favour of Corvinus University in the labour lawsuit he had initiated.

Corvinus welcomes the court’s decision, which confirms the university’s long-held position that the dismissal was both lawful and proportionate. The ruling is final.
