You have already selected the six partner institutions in the order of your preference, the relevant subject areas, the expected start date of your studies, the semester, and the duration of the mobility. These details can no longer be modified.
What comes next?
You need to submit the E401 – Application for international part-time studies, long-term study mobility in Neptun.
Please consider your submission carefully.
If you are awarded a placement but later cannot participate, you must withdraw within 15 days of receiving the decision. If you fail to withdraw in time, you will be required to reimburse 15% of the minimum wage (approximately HUF 43,620 in 2025).
Documents required

A minimum B2-level accredited, complex language certificate in the language of your planned studies.

If your mobility programme is in English and you are enrolled in an English-language study programme, you do not need to submit a separate B2-level English exam.

Some host institutions may require a higher-level certificate—always check their website.

Documents verifying other relevant professional activities. The full list is available in the call for applications.

If you are a Double Degree students, upload the official admission document for the programme as well.
All files must be uploaded in PDF format.
How applications are evaluated
Applications are assessed on a 1–100 point scale:

Academic performance – up to 70 points
(based on the cumulative adjusted credit index of the study programme relevant to your application)

Other professional activities – up to 30 points
(activities total 60 points, with 50% counted toward the final score)

Funding

Country Group 1: HUF 400,000 / month (30 days)

Country Group 2: HUF 375,000 / month (30 days)

Country Group 3: HUF 350,000 / month (30 days)

Deadline
You must submit the application by January 8, 2026, 16:00.
After your semester closes, your GPA will be added to your application, and your partial scores will appear in Neptun. We will notify you once these become available. You will then have 48 hours to submit any comments via Do It Online! if you disagree with the calculation of your score.
No new documents can be submitted, and no corrections or supplementary uploads will be possible at this stage.
