The admission thresholds will be announced on Wednesday, so HVG’s 2023 higher education ranking is up to date again, eduline.hu reported.
HVG’s composite list of higher education has changed compared to 2022. Corvinus improved its ranking the most, jumping from ninth to sixth place. The Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the University of Szeged, which was in third place last year, have moved up to second place this year, but Semmelweis University has also moved up from seventh to fifth place on the 2022 list.
HVG Diploma’s ranking is again composed of several sub-rankings, including the number of first-place applicants, the average score of students admitted, the percentage of students admitted with a language exam, and the number of students who placed in secondary school competitions.
