GeoInno2026 Conference: The Call for Papers is Open

The Geography of Innovation Conference provides a forum for discussion to scholars interested in scientific, policy and strategic issues concerning the spatial dimension of innovation activities. The conference will bring together some of the world’s leading scholars from a variety of disciplines ranging from economic geography and regional science to economics and management science, sociology and network theory, and political and planning sciences.
The call for papers is now open. Submission requirements:

Upload a full paper or an extended abstract (pdf only). Full papers shall include author names, title, and an abstract that summarizes the content of the paper. Extended abstracts shall be 1-2 pages long, shall include author names, a title, a detailed discussion of the research problem, methods, and results, shall include references and may include illustrations (figures or tables).

Selection from the list of General Themes or Special Sessions.

PhD Students can apply for the Attila Varga Early Career Award of GeoInno.
Eligibility: a Full Paper must be submitted; the submission cannot be published or accepted for publication at the time of submission; the presenting author must be the candidate for the award.
