GeoInno 2026: Where Geography Meets Innovation at Corvinus

GeoInno 2026 is the 8th edition of the Geography of Innovation Conference series. Its aim is to connect leading researchers from around the world across multiple disciplines – from economic geography and regional science to economics and management, sociology and network theory, as well as political science and planning studies.

The conference’s keynote speakers are Beata Javorcik (EBRD), Lars Coenen (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences & University of Bergen), Luisa Gagliardi (Bocconi University), and Lee Fleming (University of California, Berkeley).

The programme features plenary sessions, parallel sessions, and panel discussions, including topics such as “AI in Innovation” and “The Dark Side of Innovation.”
