Corvinus University is participating in the Digital Awareness Week, a program that highlights the environmental and social impacts of digitalization.
Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

Date: 26 September 2025, 19:00-20:00

Location: Corvinus University of Budapest, Gellért Campus, J104

The event showcases the less well-known impacts of digitalization through expert articles, podcasts, and interviews, dedicating specific topics to carbon and water footprints, energy efficiency, cybersecurity, reliable information, and conscious content consumption.

Most of the programs will take place online, but there will also be two offline events held during the ResearchersNight program.

At Corvinus University, you can gain insight into the most important aspects of the field in an interactive one-hour lecture by the co-founder of Carbon.Crane, on 26 September 2025, 19:00-20:00.

At BME, you can participate in a CarbonClass workshop delivered by Carbon.Crane experts, focusing on the digital carbon footprint. This will take place on 26 September 2025, 14:00-16:00 – for those who want to gain deeper knowledge of the field and try out the experts’ tools.

Join us and learn more about the environmental and social impacts of the digital world!
