Corvinus men’s volleyball team advances to MEFOB Final Four

The guys have once again reached the final tournament with confident play this year, and they’re ready to take on the country’s strongest university teams. Throughout this season, they have proven in several close, fast-paced matches that they belong in the national finals. Corvinus delivered a consistent performance in the group stage: winning five out of six group matches, they advanced to the final four as group winners, leaving the teams from SZOTE, SOTE, and MOHOLY behind. With strong focus in key matches, they fought their way into the final four. 

Next week’s MEFOB Festival won’t be an easy tournament: every team is coming for a spot on the podium and the championship title. However, this isn’t Corvinus’s first time here—they’re familiar with the schedule and what’s at stake, and experience counts for a lot in a tournament like this. The players are determined, the coaching staff has prepared them for every possible scenario, and the goal is clear: to prove once again that Corvinus belongs among the best. 

The team has reached the Final Four several times in recent years and hopes to continue this success story this year as well. The Corvinus team will face Miskolc for a spot in the final. The fans’ support has always meant a lot, and the players are confident they’ll hear the Corvinus cheers at the MEFOB Festival as well.
