The program’s goal is to discover and support the future talents of public administration. If you receive the scholarship, you’ll get an inside look at how the Capital City Municipality, its affiliated organizations, and the companies providing public services operate. This experience will help you gain a deeper understanding of how local government and public services function day-to-day. 

As a condition to get awarded the scholarship, during the program period you are required to prepare at least one and up to four studies, totaling a minimum of 60,000 characters (approximately one and a half author’s sheets without footnotes), on topics related to your scholarship activities. These topics must be assigned by the host organizations and approved by your mentor.
