Are you a doctoral student? Don’t forget to apply for the Public Affairs I. Scholarship and the Regular and Extraordinary Social

You can apply for these scholarships from the first semester of your first year, provided that in the semester for which you submit your application you have an active student status and you are enrolled in a doctoral programme.
Public Affairs I. Scholarship
The Public Affairs I. Scholarship is a financial benefit available to doctoral students that supports and encourages the performance of outstanding university public affairs, activities or the attainment of a significant cultural achievement.
Application period: Monday, 9 February 2026, 10:00 am. – Friday, 13 February 2026, 12:00 pm.
You should submit your application in the Neptun system, on the form called “P741Public Affairs I Scholarship 2025/2026/2 february” under Administration/Requests/Requests with free text fields.

Doctoral Regular Grant based on social needs
The regular social grant is a financial benefit provided for students on the basis of their social situation.
Application period: Monday, 9 February 2026, 10:00 – Friday, 13 February 2026, 12:00
For the Regular Social Scholarship, you will also have the opportunity to submit comments in Neptun between 12:00 on 23 February 2026 and 12:00 on 25 February 2026.
Applications must be submitted in the Neptun system on the form called “P709-Regular grant based on social needs for doctoral students 2025/2026/2” under Administration/Requests/Requests with free text fields.
