The last class ends at 21:00, at which point the building’s security service begins closing the classrooms. Afterwards, the automatic doors at various points in the building, including the 1st floor of the J Tower, the ground floor, and the 1st floor of the K Tower, are closed. The automatic doors, along with the access gates become locked, except for the sports center. 

The lift to the sports center can be used until 23:00, allowing exit from the building through the sports center. At 23:00, the automatic doors close, and the lift leading to the sports center shuts down at 00:00. 

The data center and the reading room close at 23:00, after which both areas will only be available to the dormitory students of Gellért Campus. 

The rooftop located at the top of the campus closes at 22:00, this applies to dormitory students as well! 

After closing, access to and from the building – even for quick cigarette breaks – is possible only via the designated route stated in the regulations. This route goes through the 24/7 service desk (accessible through the automatic door on the 1st floor of the K Tower, parking lot side). Please note that this rule only applies to dormitory students. Other individuals are not allowed to stay in the building after closing unless they have explicit permission.  

In summary, the closing process at Gellért Campus begins after the classes end, with various areas such as classrooms, the data center, and the sports center gradually closing down.
