The court ruled in favour of Corvinus against Zoltán Ádám
Today, the Budapest-Capital Regional Court issued a first-instance ruling dismissing Zoltán Ádám’s claim and ruling in favour of Corvinus University, in the labour dispute.
Corvinus welcomes the ruling, and has consistently maintained the position that the dismissal was both lawful and proportionate.
The decision is not yet legally binding, the plaintiff still has the right to appeal. Corvinus respects the work of the court and does not wish to comment further until the legal proceedings have concluded.
