The cheerleading team at Corvinus was officially founded in early 2026

Since then, the team has been steadily improving and receiving an increasing number of invitations to perform at various sporting events and student organization gatherings.

The team at Corvinus University of Budapest was formed at the beginning of the year, with an enthusiastic group of about 20 members. Their goal is to actively support the university’s community and sports life while representing Corvinus with spectacular and energetic performances. This year, they will also compete in the MEFOB cheerleading competition in Gödöllő, where they will face off against three opponents.

The team was founded by two third-year students, Renáta Lajkó and Lili Basa, who currently serve as coaches. The goal of the initiative was to create a cohesive, motivated community that adds value to university life in the long term.
