At the Competitiveness Research Centre’s research event, we will introduce various aspects of the Hungarian national economy’s integration into the global economy. In addition to global value chains, we will place special emphasis on local business networks. It is important that we examine all this in a changing economic environment, where national industrial policies are becoming increasingly prominent, and the direction of capital flows is also shifting.
Speakers at the event will include:
- György Boda (associate professor emeritus),
- Tamás Csontos (PhD student),
- László Lőrincz (CIAS, Institute for Data Analytics and Information Systems),
- Ágnes Szunomár (Institute of Global Studies),
- András Tétényi (Institute of Global Studies),
- Péter Vakhal (Institute of Operations and Decision Sciences),
- Krisztián Koppány (Széchenyi University).
The event will be moderated by Dávid Losonci (Institute of Operations and Decision Sciences, Competitiveness Research Centre).
We warmly welcome everyone!
