Welcome Week

he first day of your university life starts with enrolment, which is required for becoming a student.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Welcome Week from 1 to 4 September 2025! In addition to the obligatory administration, there will be a variety of other sessions and informal, relaxed activities to help you dispel any doubts you may have about the period ahead, while also giving you the chance to get to know your peers.

Date: from 01.09.2025 to 04.09.2025

Location: at Corvinus University of Budapest, Building C (1093 Budapest, Közraktár u. 4-6.), Building E (1093 Budapest, Fővám tér 8.) and Gellért Campus (1118 Budapest, Ménesi út 5.).

To find out which day and in which building you need to register in person, what time you need to arrive and what your programmes will be – please, check back here soon:

Please note that we are constantly updating information and as there may be minimal changes to the schedule, it is strongly recommended that you check the schedule again before your enrolment day (the date of the update shown on the schedule will tell you if there has been a change).

We will make sure you have all the study information you need, and you can listen to the orientation programmes together with your peers. The programme director will want to meet you during the Welcome Week – on the day of your enrolment, therefore you can hear the most important information about your course directly from them.

About the programs
