Further info about research: „Hatékony állam, szakértő közigazgatás, versenyképes társadalom” alprojekt " A műhely négy kutatási prioritás mentén szervezi kutatási tevékenységét: a hatékony állami szabályozás működési és eljárásrendi garanciái, a jogalkotás minőségi és technológiai garanciái, a jogérvényesülés erősítésének eszközrendszer és a jogalkotás és jogérvényesülés európai regionális determinációi. A kutatás ez utóbbi témakörön (Hatékony központi és helyi jogalkotás) belül a multikulturális Európa aktuális kérdéseit kutatja, a közös európai menekültügy rendszer kialakulását, és kapcsolódását az emberi jogokhoz és az alapvető szabadságjogokhoz. . A kutatócsoport feladatának tekinti az illegális bevándorlás és az illegális munkavállalás visszaszorításának vizsgálatát a és kiemelt figyelmet kíván szentelni illegális migráció és az ahhoz kapcsolódó más jogellenes cselekmények komplex vizsgálatára,különös tekintettel az emberi jogok tiszteletben tartásának követelményére. A kutatás ezen iránya, nemzetközi példákat alapul véve ajánlások megfogalmazására irányul. A kutatás eredményeit egy tanulmány , egy monográfia (Terrorizmus és az emberi jogok témaköréből) összegzi, valamint egy angol nyelvű tantárgy kidolgozása is tanusítja.

Further info about research: 16 universités européennes. Ouest-est : dynamiques centre-périphérie entre les deux moitiés du continent. Des regards pluridisciplinaires,un projet innovant en sciences sociales. La boîte à outils conceptuelle et méthodologique qui s’offrait comportait déjà, en raison du profil de ce Centre, une aptitude à la pluridisciplinarité comme approche et à la relation et à la comparaison est-ouest comme contenu. L’intégration européenne à l’égard des nouveaux membres tend à articuler cette pluri-centralité, afin de donner davantage de cohérence à une construction mutuellement profitable – à commencer par les périphéries exposées, qui devraient être les plus intéressées à l’efficacité du fonctionnement de l’Europe.
