Welcome Week is a week full of exciting programs, open to both first-year and upper-year students.

Mandatory programs 

Enrolment 

You can find all the information about which day you need to enrol in person, what time to arrive, and what programs you’ll attend here:

The information is continuously being updated, so please check the schedule before your enrolment day. You can identify any changes based on the date of the update shown on the schedule.

  • For applicants via felvi.hu 
  • Data reconciliation request 
    Your enrolment process begins with the Data Reconciliation Request, which is an obligatory task — don’t postpone it, complete it as soon as possible! for a detailed description (only in Hungarian) of the matter click here.    
  • Documents required for enrolment 
    If you have been admitted via felvi.hu to a full-time, English-language bachelor’s, master’s or single cycle-degree programme and you are enrolling in person: 
  • an original photo ID proving your identity (ID card 
  • You no longer need to bring in your enrolment form, as it must be authenticated through the DÁP mobile application (electronic signature) and re-uploaded before the enrolment in person, no later than 25 August 2025, 4 p.m.

  • You can find information about the authentication process here and here (available in Hungarian only, as it is only required for students who have been admitted via felvi.hu).  

If an authorized person is enrolling on your behalf, they must bring: 

  • a filled out authorization document (which you can download from Neptun » Administration » General forms), signed in blue pen by all necessary parties, 
  • original photo ID proving the identity of the authorised person (ID card/passport) 
  • if you are under 18, it is important that you bring a parental declaration. (The link contains three documents. Please choose the one that applies to you.) 

Program Director’s Welcome Lecture 

Meet your program director and learn how your programme is structured, what to pay attention to, and what to expect during your studies. 

Academic orientation 

Learn how to use Neptun – the university’s academic system. You’ll find out how to submit requests, apply for scholarships, and register for your courses. 

Student Union introduction 

Meet your Student Union representatives, find out what they do, and how they represent you and your fellow students. 

 

Attendance at these sessions is mandatory – don’t miss them, as they provide essential information for a successful start to your academic year!

Self-Care Zone 

Rest. Recharge. Connect. Visit the Grand Hall in Building E – a place to slow down, recharge, and connect with others. 

You’re always welcome here – whether you just need to take a deep breath or want to pause for a while. This is your safe space during these busy days, where you can return anytime you need a break. 

 

Hello Campus Challenges & Gellért Festival 

This week isn’t only about lectures! We’re also preparing group challenges and common experiences to make sure the week isn’t just about administration. 

Hello Campus Challenges 

How do the challenges work? 

  • You’ll complete them in small groups – so you’ll be part of a great team from day one. Our goal is to give you a solid start and a strong community as you begin your journey at Corvinus. 
  • Take part in the Hello Campus Challenges: explore the campus, connect with your fellow students – and win! The team that completes the most challenges will get a surprise at the end of the week! 

What kind of challenges can you expect? 

  • Campus Tour 

Follow the clues and discover the most important places you’ll need during your university years. 

  • Budapest by Corvinus 

Explore the city through the eyes of a Corvinus student! Check out the surrounding cafés, parks, museums, restaurants, bars – everything that matters. 

  • Team Sports Tournaments 

Sign up as a team for Thursday – play, cheer, and have fun together!
