Welcome Week is a week full of exciting programs, open to both first-year and upper-year students.

  • For applicants via felvi.hu 
  • Data reconciliation request 
    Your enrolment process begins with the Data Reconciliation Request, which is an obligatory task — don’t postpone it, complete it as soon as possible! for a detailed description (only in Hungarian) of the matter click here.    

 

  • Documents required for enrolment 
    If you have been admitted via felvi.hu to a full-time, English-language bachelor’s, master’s or single cycle-degree programme and you are enrolling in person: 
  • an original photo ID proving your identity (ID card 
  • You no longer need to bring in your enrolment form, as it must be authenticated through the DÁP mobile application (electronic signature) and re-uploaded before the enrolment in person, no later than 25 August 2025, 4 p.m.

  • You can find information about the authentication process here and here (available in Hungarian only, as it is only required for students who have been admitted via felvi.hu).  

 

If an authorized person is enrolling on your behalf, they must bring: 

  • a filled out authorization document (which you can download from Neptun » Administration » General forms), signed in blue pen by all necessary parties, 
  • original photo ID proving the identity of the authorised person (ID card/passport) 
  • if you are under 18, it is important that you bring a parental declaration. (The link contains three documents. Please choose the one that applies to you.)

Programme Director’s Welcome Lecture 

Meet your programme director and learn how your programme is structured, what to pay attention to, and what to expect during your studies. 

 

Academic orientation 

You can find out what conditions apply to your legal relationship to the University and what you need to pay attention to in order to maintain it; what your training programme is about and what criteria you need to meet to get your degree; how to manage your academic affairs—how to submit applications and how to add/drop courses, and what rules apply to the Corvinus scholarship. 

 

Student Union introduction 

Meet your Student Union representatives, find out what they do, and how they represent you and your fellow students.

Self-Care Zone

Rest. Recharge. Connect. Visit this a place to slow down, recharge, and connect with others. 

You’re always welcome here – whether you just need to take a deep breath or want to pause for a while.

This is your safe space during these busy days, where you can return anytime you need a break. 

Where? 

On Monday in front of Building C, and from Tuesday to Thursday in the Grand Hall of Building E – we’ll be waiting for you! 

Scavenger Hunt Campus tour

Explore Corvinus in teams, follow the clues, and discover the most important places you’ll need during your university years. A surprise gift awaits those who complete the challenge successfully! 

Where? 

Campus tours will start from the Self-Care Zone after the info sessions! 

Meet the Student Organisations and Colleges for Advanced Studies 

Get to know Corvinus’ vibrant student life in person! Ask about how their activites, programmes, membership, and how you can join. This is your chance to find the community that fits you best! 

 

Where? 

From Tuesday to Thursday in the lobby of Building E, and on Thursday you can also meet the organisations at the Gellért Campus. 

Gellért Festival

A day all about connection, experiences, and discovering all that university life has to offer – sports, student organisations, community programmes, chill vibes, and great people. Spend the day with us in a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere! 

Sports Programmes – Get active and cheer for your team! 

Try out different team sports, join training sessions, or cheer on your friends from the stands! Whether you’re looking for an active workout or just want to check out the Corvinus Sport Center on the Gellért Campus – where you can also train outside of class hours – this is the place to be. 

Some sports requiere registration due to limited spots, but if you’re up for some casual fun, we’ve got you covered too – with tug of war, ping pong, and more throughout the day! You can also sign up for any remaining spots at the venue. 

Register here – solo or with a team, by September 2 at 12:00 PM or until spots run out! 

*Got your own climbing shoes? Bring them! If not, we’ll provide a pair on site.
