Turizmus Bulletin at the Forefront – a Journal Published by CUB’s Tourism Training and Research Centre

Turizmus Bulletin, the only MTA-accredited journal in the field of tourism, has shown an increasingly outstanding performance in recent years.

 
The MTA-C rated journal which provides up-to-date information on current issues affecting tourism is published under the auspices of the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) and CUB’s Tourism Training and Research Centre led by Melinda Jászberényi, who is also the journal’s editor-in-chief.

In 2021, Turizmus Bulletin achieved 13th place in the MTA’s ranking of nearly 300 journals and aims to reach MTA-B ranking soon. The emerging performance is largely due to the excellence of the papers published by colleagues of the Institute of Marketing and to the excellent work of the Editorial Board chaired by Gábor Michalkó.

Whether it is a traditional tourism product or a niche topic that has been less discussed in the past, Turizmus Bulletin provides an excellent platform for publishing Hungarian researchers’ latest findings in the field of tourism and/or marketing.
