SUMMER DORMITORY 2024

This year again, Corvinus students have the opportunity to apply for a summer dormitory place at the University’s Kinizsi Dormitory (places are limited!). To apply, you must be an active Corvinus student at the time of application and, if you are accepted, you must pay the full amount of your summer residence fee in advance.

You can apply and settle your fees via the Neptun study system.

You can apply for the following period: 2024.07.01-2024.08.22

The summer residence fees, which must be paid in advance, are as follows

Kinizsi Dormitory 2-bedded room 74.600 HUF/person,

Kinizsi Dormitory 3 or more bedded room 70.800 HUF/person.

The period applied for cannot be changed later.

Application period:

16 May 2024 18:00 – 21 May 2024 18:00

Result no later than:

24 May 2024. 14:00

The application will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability, by the Manager of the Kinizsi Dormitory.

The Dormitory will send a Neptun message about the result of the Summer Dormitory Application and will notify by e-mail of any other details concerning the move-in (e.g. pace of move-in between dormitories, submission of roommate requests, etc.)

Deadline for payment of fees 24.06.2024 23:59:59 (candidates/state examinees please pay attention to settle fees as soon as possible)

Cancellations and withdrawals from summer residence places (kinizsikoli@uni-corvinus.hu) are also free of charge until 24.06.2024. After that date, the full fee will be charged. In case of earlier withdrawal from the summer residence, no refund of the fee is possible.

Requests for a roommate (until 18:00 on 03.06.2024) can be submitted using the form attached to the application results email.

(Requests will be considered on a limited basis and subject to availability.)
