RESEARCH FOCUS
Our focus encompasses all things that can appear in the life of an organization from the top management business point-of-view, with a holistic approach. We put ourselves into the role of a consultant and present our ideas as such. Every method related to the development and application of case studies is relevant to us. A vital aspect of our attention is the interactive, problem-based improvement of student competencies.
World Café methodology
Since 2019, the university has annually hosted the international case competition called the Central European Case Competition, which attracts teams and accompanying advisors from leading universities around the world. Each year, with the participation of these advisors, we have organized a workshop called Advisors’ Café, where we explore questions related to case studies using the World Café methodology.

IMPACT
The research center’s focus is centered around case study methodology. We currently follow two main directions in this regard. One is the use of case studies in education, and the other is preparing students for case study competitions.
