In-person study administration during the exam period

Operating order between 20 December, 2021 and 22 January, 2022.

The university will be closed during the holiday period from 24 December 2021 to 2 January, 2022, during this time, both in-person and online student administration will be suspended. We will be able to reply to messages sent via email and the Do it online! platform from Monday, 3 January, 2022!

For Hungarian and English language, full-time undergraduate, master’s and undivided training programme students.

In the Infodesk at the entrance of the community space, student coordinators will help you find your way to the relevant study administration desk, feel free to ask them your question!

General Study Administration in Student Service Area:
Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 to 16:00

Scholarship, student finance administration in Student Service Area:
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 12:00

Internship administration, in office E.157:
Monday, 13:00 to 16:00 and Wednesday, 9:00 to 12:00

Study Abroad and Freemover administration, in office E.136:
Monday and Wednesday, 13:00 to 16:00
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 to 12:00

Erasmus administration for incoming exchange students, in office E.138.1:
