Your feedback can make a real difference – how MyView shapes education

Student feedback plays an important role in helping lecturers continuously improve their courses and adapt them to students’ needs. MyView helps identify not only which teaching methods work well, but also where improvements may be needed.
Izabella Kuncz, Assistant Professor at the Corvinus Institute of Economics, believes it is important that students not only acquire knowledge but also actively engage in classroom activities, participate in discussions and have a positive learning experience.
MyView results help her assess how successful the changes introduced in her courses have been, which tasks students found too challenging, and which topics they would have liked to explore in greater depth.
This is why written feedback is particularly important to me. I always read through every comment, and there have been occasions when student feedback has led us to change a course’s assessment system or syllabus.
Based on student feedback, lecturers can therefore rethink their teaching methods and use these insights to further develop their courses in the following semesters.
