Among the producers, you’ll once again meet current and former Corvinus students. Talking with them gives you the chance not only to learn the stories behind their products, but also to hear how they moved from the classroom to running their family or own farms.
This time the selection will be just as exciting: seasonal autumn vegetables and fruits, dairy products, fresh juices, honey, cheeses, chilli products, microgreens, syrups, jams and meat products.
Remember to bring a tote bags so your purchases can be packed sustainably, and some cash too, as not all stalls will offer card payment.
The market is organised by colleagues from the Department of Agricultural Economics at the Institute of Sustainable Development: Gréta Maró, PhD student at Corvinus; Áron Török, Head of Department; and Zalán Márk Maró, Assistant Lecturer.
