The International Student Club (ISC) of the Students’ Union of Corvinus aims to create a friendly environment for the International Students of Corvinus University. As one of the most essential projects of the Students’ Union, ISC aims to help the integration and recreation of non-native students studying at our university.
“By founding ISC, we’re striving for creating a platform which connects all students at the university. We want to give them the chance to get to know us and other students, as well; we believe in the power of building friendships and making their time more enjoyable here.”
Other than organizing events, ISC can also help students realize their own ideas in order to create something extraordinary together for everyone. Last year, ISC organized Latino Night with international students and the team is eager to get started on the next one.
Last semester ISC gave students the chance to share their thoughts, opinions, and experiences with them through a Research Project. The team was grateful for the insights and is determined to implement them in real life in the following semesters to make university life even more joyful and colourful. “We plan on making an international newsletter, various smaller and larger events as well as connect the Student Organizations who engage with foreign students.”
