Corvinus X CareerOS: a new platform supporting their career paths

The project led by the Career Services Centre, in collaboration with other units (Corporate Relations, Digital Innovation) contributes to the existing university efforts to support students throughout their career exploration and development.
Available also as a mobile app, CareerOS acts as a data-driven career launchpad, helping students explore companies around the world, identify tailored job opportunities, connect with industry professionals, create strong applications and prepare for job interviews with modern AI features, all while tracking their progress in a playful and rewarding way.
Local and international employers will be able to engage directly with Corvinus students by sharing opportunities, organizing events or pursuing supervised access to talent pools.
Through customized reporting tools, university will gain access to real-time insights and comprehensive analytics such as: students’ achievements, international placement rates, preferred employers both locally and globally and their expectations, application-to-hire conversion rates, needs for immediate support when students face challenges, active alumni and professional connections, and more.
Students from Corvinus University of Budapest will be invited to join CareerOS starting March 3, 2026. Multiple, in-person and online onboarding sessions will host the founders of the CareerOS, visiting the campus and assisting students as they join the platform.
