The Doctoral Council of the Corvinus University of Budapest has admitted the doctoral dissertation of Márta Merkl doctoral candidate entitled “The conceptual frameworks of food design and the role of interaction and theme (concept) in dining experience design with particular attention to the context of fine dining” to public defence.
