The aim of the course
- To present the update scientific findings on ageism from the gerontological perspective
- To present the theories and definitions which are basis for research in this topic
- To develop skills and competences of measuring ageism, in particular in the labour market
- To increase awareness about the ageism and about opportunities to combat ageism in the workforce
