He also serves as the Director of the Master’s program titled “Managing Business Growth through System Dynamics & Accounting Models. A Strategic Control Perspective.” His research and consulting experience widely influenced strategic planning, performance management, and System Dynamics modeling for performance improvement and crisis prevention.

Prof. Bianchi’s annual visits have become a cherished tradition, adding great value to our department’s intellectual landscape. His inspiring presentations and insightful discussions contribute significantly to our collective knowledge. Furthermore, it is with great pride that we acknowledge our ongoing collaboration with Prof. Bianchi through the joint MA program led by him at the University of Palermo. This partnership enriches our academic experience and strengthens the ties between our institutions.

During the seminar, Prof. Bianchi shared insights on:

  • Designing and implementing performance management systems using a System Dynamics approach.
  • Developing System Dynamics models connecting past strategic resource dynamics to processes and performance indicators.
  • Practical case studies showcasing dynamic performance management in action.

A special thanks goes to our esteemed guest lecturer for delivering an exciting presentation that sparked insightful conversations. Thank you to all who attended and contributed to this enriching experience.
