Béla Tarr’s work remains an unavoidable point of reference on the international stage. As filmmaker Ildikó Enyedi once remarked: “His work is valid beyond all changes. Such clarity is not tailored for our world.” The Corvinus Film Club’s event offers students and film enthusiasts a chance to immerse themselves in this unique cinematic world—one that is relentlessly cold yet profoundly emotional.
