Summer Dormitory Application Opportunity for Corvinus Students

This year, Corvinus students again have the opportunity to apply for a summer dormitory places at the Tarkaréti Dormitory (please note: the number of places is limited!). To be eligible, you must have active student status at Corvinus University at the time of application, and if admitted, the full summer dormitory fee must be paid in advance.

Applications and fee payments must be submitted via the Neptun academic system. You can find the relevant request form under Neptun > Administration > Requests > Available request forms:

K109 – Application for Summer Dormitory Accommodation 2025

You can apply for the following period: June 29, 2025 – August 22, 2025 Summer dormitory fee (must be paid in advance): Tarkaréti Dormitory – triple room, one bed: 80,600 HUF/person for the entire period.

The requested time period cannot be modified later.

Application period: May 21, 2025 at 18:00 – May 25, 2025 18:00 Results announced no later than: May 27, 2025

The applications are evaluated and decided upon by the Head of Tarkaréti Dormitory, based on the order of submission and the availability of places.

The dormitory will send notification and a formal decision regarding the result of the Summer Dormitory Application, along with all other details related to moving in (e.g., inter-dormitory transfers, roommate request submission, etc.).

Fee payment deadline: June 15, 2025 at 23:59:59 (Exam takers/graduating students are advised to settle the payment as soon as possible.)

Cancellation/Withdrawal from Summer Dormitory Placement: This can be done free of charge by submitting the K302 – Request cancellation of the summer dormitory application no later than June 15, 2025 at 23:59:59.

After this deadline, the full published fee must be paid, even in the case of late withdrawal or no-show. In case of early move-out, no refund will be issued.

Roommate requests can be submitted using the form attached to the application result email, until June 3, 2025 at 18:00.
