Professor Judit Simon was appointed visiting professor by the Senate of the Corvinus University of Budapest

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Judit Simon as Visiting Professor in the Department of Health Economics of the Institute of Economics and Public Policy. Professor Judit Simon is an internationally renowned health economist, she is the head of the Department of Health Economics and director of Public Health Doctoral Programme at the Medical University of Vienna, Visiting Professor at the University of Oxford and since 2016 Head of the Department of Health Economics at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Applied Diagnostics. Since 2015, she has been actively working in close collaboration with the Department of Health Economics of the Institute of Economics and Public Policy. The results of this collaboration so far include an H2020 research project, 9 Q1-Q2 publications in joint co-authorship, 9 presentations/workshops/posters. Further research and education projects are planned for the future.
