Young People for Hungary’s New Climate Law

According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, Hungary must adopt a new climate law by June 30, 2026. This is a historic opportunity for us to shape the future together and create regulations that truly protect people, communities, and nature. 

The Hungarian Association of Nature Conservationists (MTVSZ) and numerous environmental organizations have jointly launched the New Climate Law for a Livable Future! initiative, in which they assign an important role to young people. This conference is about ensuring that your opinions and ideas are included in the joint proposal package.

The young generation is a key player in ensuring that Hungary develops a climate law that truly contributes to a livable future. Come, share your opinion, and be part of ensuring that young people’s voices are included in climate policy decision-making! 

Participation is free of charge but requires registration.
