Whether you’re interested in physical activity, creative workshops, watching films together or engaging in meaningful conversations, Mental Health Week offers plenty of opportunities to focus on yourself and your mental wellbeing.

CONNECT Movie Night
Join us for a film screening followed by a discussion with psychologists from the Student Wellbeing Centre!

CAT(d)IVERSITY Workshop
Join this 90-minute workshop featuring Jiji and Babó, two rescued cats, one deaf and the other three-legged. Together, you’ll explore the importance of diversity, acceptance and human connections.

Join Viki Matisz for a 75-minute workshop where you’ll explore the connection between movement and bodily awareness through body awareness exercises and guided improvisation.

Meet & Talk – Decision-Making Techniques
As part of the Decision-Making Techniques course, students work on projects related to mental health. During Mental Health Week, we’re opening up the course’s plenary discussion, giving participants the opportunity to talk to psychologists about topics that matter to them.
