Building on the recently published book by Dr. Costa Vayenas, “The Swiss Franc 1798–2055”, the event will feature a keynote presentation followed by a moderated discussion. Participants will gain insight into monetary stability, central bank independence, and Switzerland’s financial governance model. The event aims to bridge academic analysis with practical policy and market perspectives, while further strengthening Swiss–Hungarian academic and economic dialogue.
