Scoring of the 2025/2026 academic year applications will be based on a 70-30% ratio of points, based on the following:

Yes, but please note that in order to travel abroad, you must:
Yes, a cumulative grade point average of 3.00, weighted by credits, is the minimum requirement, so the results of all your completed semesters will be taken into account. If your cumulative grade point average weighted by credits is below 3.00, you are not eligible to apply.
You can submit your application through the Neptun system, where you must provide the requested information and upload the documents specified in the call for applications.
Important! Check what language exams or other requirements your chosen university has, as you will also need to meet these.
Yes, but all students who travel abroad in their final semester will delay their graduation by one semester, as the Credit Transfer Committee will only decide on the transfer of credits and grades earned abroad at the beginning of the following semester.
A B2-level language exam in the language of your future studies is a basic requirement for applying. The host university may also require other language exams. All certificates proving your language skills must be uploaded to the application platform when you apply.
If you are studying in Hungary at your own expense, you will also need to finance your studies
abroad. In addition, the general application requirements of the university apply; there are no further requirements.
However, you should be aware that the Pannónia or other scholarships will most likely only cover part of the actual costs incurred, and you will have to finance the difference yourself.
No, it does not come automatically. You must indicate your interest in the scholarship when submitting your application.
You can find the relevant information on this page, under the partner list.
You can only select partner institutions related to your field of study. The list of fields of study is available in the “Subject areas” table.
Regardless of Brexit, British universities are still included in the partner list, from which you can choose a university that is relevant to your program.
No, because during your studies abroad, you must take courses that are relevant to your major and level of study.
Once you have submitted your application, you cannot change your preferences.
The scoring depends on several factors, such as:
The score for academic performance will be based on the adjusted credit index for the last completed semester. This index looks at the overall performance for the semester and takes into account both the credits earned and the credits taken.
The admission threshold varies from year to year, depending on the number of applicants in a given year and the number of scholarships available.
You can select a maximum of 6 institutions.
This part of the application interface will not be available before May 28. In order to ensure that all documents are available when you submit your application, you can already start obtaining the documents required to certify other activities (the applicable templates can be found HERE) and preparing the certificates (e.g., TDK/OTDK results, competition results, language exam documents).
Yes, you do. Corvinus requires the presentation of a language exam as a condition of application, so an individual exemption from a partner institution is not sufficient. During the application process, you must present an official language exam certificate corresponding to the language of your studies abroad.
You can find these in the partner list.
You must upload your language exam certificate to the Neptun system when submitting your application.
A language exam is a prerequisite for application; you cannot apply without it and it cannot be replaced.
It is definitely worth it, as language exams no longer earn extra points, but a B2 language exam in the language of study is a basic requirement for applying.
The advanced level language exam is equivalent to a B2 language exam, so it is also acceptable. However, the partner university may request a language exam certificate, which must be presented.
The requirements of the partner universities are listed in the list of partner universities or you can find the information on the website of the selected university. If you find any discrepancies, please contact our staff via the Intézd Online! interface.
The 21-credit rule stipulates that you must complete a minimum of 21 credits during your studies abroad. This ensures that your semester abroad truly corresponds to the study requirements at home.
If you go abroad for your last semester, you may have to delay your graduation by one semester due to the recognition of your foreign credits. The semester only ends after your return, so you need to take into account the duration of the recognition process in your home country.
Course descriptions for foreign universities are available on the official websites of the partner institutions or on the information pages reserved for foreign students by the host universities.
Yes, during the semester abroad, you are generally required to take courses in accordance with the study requirements of the program. Accordingly, the University may require a minimum number of courses.
Yes, if you meet the conditions of the scholarship program and are eligible for support, the deferred semester will also remain supported.
The Credit Transfer Committee will help you select the appropriate courses for your semester abroad.
It is worth consulting with the coordinators and reviewing the host institution’s curriculum.
Yes, it is possible to take subjects that are not included in the domestic sample curriculum, but these subjects will not necessarily count toward your studies at home, so it is advisable to consult the Credit Transfer Committee.
You can find the list of subjects and their descriptions on the websites of foreign universities, or you can inquire at the Corvinus Study Department.
In theory, it is possible to complete all courses for the semester at the foreign university, However, this depends on the course offerings of the host institution and the credit transfer options available.
Yes, if you continue your studies in active status during the semester abroad, you will remain eligible for your domestic scholarship.
It is usually possible to cancel your intention to go abroad by a certain date, which is indicated in the call for applications.
It is possible to extend the fall semester to the spring semester, but this requires the consent of both the host and home universities. The extension must be requested in a timely manner and you must meet the conditions for extension of the scholarship program.
The spring semester can be extended until August 31 at the latest.
If you have any questions, please contact us via the Intézd Online interface, under International Mobility, in the section “hings to do before mobility.”
