Supplemented QS social science journal list – updated on 29 August 2025

The list includes journals from the following categories that are considered by the QS World University Rankings by Subject: Social Sciences and Management (QS SSM) and those that fall outside this range but are relevant to the University:

The list includes the Scimago Journal Rank (SJR) of the journals, as well as the percentile value of this indicator, which is based on the SJR of all journals in the supplemented QS SSM list.

The list does not include journals managed by Frontiers SA, MDPI or Public Library of Science (PLOS) publishers, or journals with an SJR percentile value of less than 50.

The supplemented QS SSM list will be considered for the selection of publications for the Quarterly Corvinus Research Highlights (from the third quarter of 2025) and the Wall of Research Excellence collections and for the Corvinus Long-term Academic Impact Award from 1 January 2025, and for the Corvinus Research Excellence Award (CKK) 2026, which will reward publications published between 1 January and 31 December 2025.
