TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
The operator of the Corvinus Hub mobile application and website is the Corvinus University of Budapest (1093 Budapest, Fővám tér 8., hereinafter: “University”). The platform provides digital services, academic information, and discount access for students and university citizens.
2. Access and Eligibility
- Eligibility: Services are accessible to students with active or passive status, as well as faculty and staff members of the Corvinus University of Budapest.
- Authentication: Login requires a central University Microsoft account. Academic data is synchronized via the Neptun education system.
3. User Obligations
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Coupon identifiers providing access to discounts are strictly for personal use.
- Stipendium Hungaricum and Diaspora scholarship recipients must perform online location checks (via IP address or GPS) as mandated by regulations and scholarship rules.

4. Data Sources, Access, and Security
- Data Source: Credentials provided by the User (Microsoft account); all other academic data is retrieved directly from the Neptun system.
- Access & Transfer: Data is accessible solely to authorized University staff. No data is transferred to third parties or third countries. No external data processors are engaged.
- Data Security: Personal data is stored on secure University servers equipped with technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Data Subject Rights
- Withdrawal of Consent: Can be requested in writing at any time via the Controller’s contact details.
- Right of Access: You may request written information regarding what personal data is processed, its source, legal basis, purpose, and retention timeframe.
- Right to Erasure & Restriction: You may request the deletion (fulfilled within 30 days) or restriction/locking of your personal data.
- Right to Object & Data Portability: You hold the right to object to processing and the right to data portability for automated data processing (GDPR Art. 20 & 21).

Court Proceedings:
In the event of unlawful data processing, civil litigation may be initiated against the University before the Regional Court (Törvényszék). You may choose to file the lawsuit before the competent court of your place of residence or domicile.
