Danube Cup Conference 2022: Entrepreneurship and Startup Education

On 28 April 2022, the “Danube Cup Conference 2022: Entrepreneurship and Startup Education” will take place at Corvinus University. Join the forum where you can hear from enterprise and entrepreneurship educators and practitioners from the Danube region, leading entrepreneurship educators and practitioners from the Danube region, or even become a speaker and share your views and experiences. 

Danube Cup is committed to a participatory style with a wide range of university educator-led interactive sessions, presentations and keynotes led by inspirational start-up experts from the Danube region. The conference is set to highlight the trends in entrepreneurship/start-up education, to share experiences and knowledge and point out applied measures which can be implemented not only at higher education institutions, but also at incubators or accelerators. 

In 2022 the conference will take place offline in the span of one day. Some sessions will be streamed and/or held as public lectures. 

By participating you will learn, connect, contribute, and network with university educators, entrepreneurship centre staff, entrepreneurs, and other experts from the region. Our expectation is that at the end of the conference you will be inspired to try new approaches, enabled, and equipped to be more innovative and better able to maximise the impact of your work. 

Who should participate? 

• Higher education and entrepreneurship educators and practitioners working inside or outside the curriculum. 
• Incubator and enterprise centre managers, project managers, business support professionals and others who support start-ups and international growth education. 
• Careers and employability professionals – particularly those interested in the contribution that innovation-driven enterprises with great international growth potential provide. 
• Senior leaders in higher education who influence policy and strategy related to enterprise and entrepreneurship education. 
• Policy makers who have influence over the provision of enterprise and entrepreneurship education.

Submission deadline for presenters: January 31, 2022 (with abstracts) via conference@danubecup.eu 

Abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts with ISBN number. After the conference, it will be possible to publish full studies in our conference volume (Review of Economic Theory and Policy, special issue, in English and Hungarian, reviewed by an international scientific committee).
