Annual Financial Market Liquidity Conference

The Institute of Finance, Corvinus University of Budapest and the Game Theory Research Group, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, and the Faculty of Economics, Eötvös Loránd University invite you to the 14th Annual Financial Market Liquidity Conference held in Budapest on 9th-10th November, 2023.

We are organizing the Annual Financial Market Liquidity Conference for the fourteenth time, and we have the pleasure to invite distinguished members of academia and professionals to the conference centered around financial market liquidity. This year, Corvinus University of Budapest hosts the conference offline only. The aim of the conference is to bring together academics and practitioners to discuss state-of-the-art results in the broad field of financial market liquidity with current societal implications. These topics include:

Call for Papers

For presentations, submit full papers (including author names) by filling in the submission form here by 9th June 2023. We particularly encourage advanced Ph.D. students to submit. Selected papers written by Ph.D. students who are on the job market in 2023/24 will be discussed by a member of the scientific committee or a carefully chosen expert in the field.  Papers will be reviewed by at least two members of the Scientific Committee, and authors will be notified of the Program Committee’s decisions by 11th August 2023. Acceptance can be for full presentation or poster presentation for the papers that are very relevant but, due to time constraints, cannot be included in the program.

Registration

Will be open by 1st September.

Physical participation costs EUR 450 (early bird registration by 24th September is EUR 350). It includes coffee breaks, two lunches, a conference dinner, and conference accessories.

Program and book of abstracts

Will be available by 1st November.
