Career Opportunities

You can build your career at domestic and international companies as a business systems developer, systems designer, or as a specialist in business intelligence and economic applications. Typical career paths for business informatics graduates range from more technical, development- or operations-oriented positions to business-focused roles – from system design (business analyst) to managerial or subject-matter expert positions.

Most of our graduates work in software development, business analysis (systems organisation), IT project management, process development, database management and development, digitalisation, IT consultancy, and business intelligence solutions. They typically find jobs at large or medium-sized IT or financial companies, as well as at startups.
Graduates of our programme enjoy the 8th highest graduate salary in Hungary, and even as fresh graduates they earn nearly 20% more on average than business informatics graduates from other Hungarian universities.*
