Programme Director

As programme director, my priority is to equip students with the skills, methods, and mindset that today’s project management profession demands. Beyond mastering classical techniques, they must be able to understand strategic contexts, apply modern methodologies, and remain resilient in an environment of constant change.

In today’s fast-moving, strategy-driven world, successful project managers need far more than technical expertise. Our Master’s in Project Management prepares you to meet these challenges by combining the classical tools of the profession with the latest methodologies – from agile to waterfall – in a practice-oriented, international context. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the micro- and macro-environments surrounding projects, and learn how to incorporate these factors into strategy and execution.

What sets our programme apart is its threefold focus. First, we provide the essential toolkit and techniques every project manager must master. Second, we integrate the latest global trends, ensuring our graduates remain adaptable and resilient. Third, we emphasise personal development, from stress management and resilience to the confident use of 21st-century technologies.

This holistic approach enables our students to manage projects successfully across industries, borders, and contexts – whether in virtual or traditional environments.
