The Master in Management programme welcomes ambitious individuals from all backgrounds who envision themselves in (top) management or leadership, such as project managers, heads of (sports) organisations, or functional leaders. We believe that effective leadership is not limited to those with prior business or management training: this programme equips you with the essential mindset, competencies, and tools needed to lead with confidence in complex and dynamic environments.
Whether you are building on existing management knowledge or starting your leadership journey from a different field, you will be guided through a carefully designed learning path that supports both foundational development and advanced skills enhancement. Throughout the two-year programme, you will be encouraged to challenge yourself in case study competitions and other contests, and to engage with our corporate partners – gaining hands-on experience and applying what you learn in real-world contexts.

By completing this specialization, you’ll be able to prepare, plan, execute, and lead groundbreaking projects. As a project manager, you’ll learn how to strategically plan and execute project, make decisions and gain approval from key stakeholders while considering organizational and environmental aspectset. You’ll also develop systemats thinking, enabling you to manage projects in both local and international settings, virtually or in person, using any project management method, like agile or waterfall.
If you choose this specialization, you’ll become a professional skilled in data-driven, complex sports economics analysis, with a strong focus on digitalization and internationalization. Our goal is to help you understand the fast-changing sports economy and the unique features of professional and recreational sports, along with their social and sustainability impacts. You’ll be ready to work as a manager, analyst, consultant, investor, or entrepreneur in various sports organizations and businesses.
By completing this specialization, you’ll become a professional who understands integrated corporate logistics management and can oversee logistics systems, supply chains, and networks across companies. You’ll be equipped to work effectively in complex business environments, with the knowledge to deeply understand supply chain activities and create data-driven, creative solutions both independently and as part of a team.

Besides the market demands, we also considered best practices of leading international universities to identify the core, supplementary, and specific competencies, and you will acquire these from excellent lecturers using modern methods that provide you positive experience besides maximizing the knowledge transfer.
