About the programme

Use maths, stats and IT to turn business data into insights – and gain a competitive edge over AI

  • You can become a data scientist who is confident in mathematics, statistics, IT and competent in applying a combination of these skills to solve business situations.
  • You will participate in a series of hands-on, practical courses analysing real company data and using state-of-the-art tools to discover deeper connections and draw valuable consequences for business.
  • You can gain advanced data science and business intelligence skills to excel in the fastest-growing fields such as big data, AI and analytics, as projected by the World Economic Forum for 2030. Human expertise is essential for successful prompt engineering in generative AI.

In the first two years, there is a strong emphasis on the study of mathematical and statistical concepts and models (using Excel and R) and on developing programming skills (Python, SQL etc.) to lay the foundation for artificial intelligence and machine learning methods. No prior programming knowledge is required, but you should be open to delving deeper into this area.
