University of Groningen

We offer a double degree programme with University of Groningen to students studying in the International Economy and Business MA programme at Corvinus University of Budapest. Participating students have the chance to receive a degree at University of Groningen in MSc in Economic Development and Globalization. Students acquire a broad knowledge at University of Groningen in economic development, development policies and international economics. University of Groningen also offers a specialization in Energy policies. Many of the courses in the programme are based on econometrics analyses and on empirical research.

The University of Groningen was founded in 1614 and has a long tradition of education, innovation, and research. In the Times Higher Education Ranking University of Groningen ranked 79 in the world. It has one of the largest international student communities in the Netherlands, from their 30,000 students, 6,000 are international students from over 120 different nationalities.
