If you are accepted to the program, the official Letter of Acceptance will be issued only after you have submitted the apostilled (or diplomatically legalized) version of your secondary school diploma to your coordinator. For this reason, we suggest that you make arrangements for the apostille/diplomatic legalization as soon as you have been awarded the secondary school diploma as it may take time to get the apostille/diplomatic legalization.

If the country where your secondary school diploma originated is not a member of the Apostille Convention, your diploma must be diplomatically legalized by the foreign ministry of the country in which the document originated, and then by the Hungarian Consulate of your home country.

If your secondary school diploma is not from a Hungarian secondary school, you will need to apply for the “Acknowledgement of Secondary or Tertiary certificates/degrees”. Your secondary school diploma must go through an “equivalency” determining procedure that is managed by the Administrative Directorate of Corvinus University of Budapest.
